Adam Bennett, MSW, LMSW

Adam has a background in social work attaining his Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. His background and experience in a variety of life circumstances has aided him in building various skills to help clients.  Therapeutic modalities include CBT, Solution-Focused Interviewing, ACT, Narrative, and DBT. Using a client-centered approach, I bring effective clinically informed perspectives and tools. I am available for adults and youth (13+), including any sexual orientation, religious or spiritual beliefs, ethnicity, and all others as they are.

I work best with individuals who believe they may be stuck in patterns or a story that does not reflect their truth or the hopes they have. I hold space for each individual's opportunities to observe, heal, and grow on the path of their choosing. I remain mindful of what I can do to be most helpful in the present while supporting goals for the future. I focus my work on individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, anger, and adversities that have led to trauma and grief.
